About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Technical Placement Officers to drive placement outcomes for our skilled candidates across multiple locations. The role involves building strong industry connections, ensuring successful student placements, and aligning candidates with job opportunities in the IT/ITES and emerging tech domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners, corporates, and industry stakeholders.
- Drive end-to-end placement activities for trained candidates in IT/Tech and related domains.
- Identify job opportunities and align candidates based on skills, project requirements, and employer expectations.
- Coordinate with training teams to ensure candidates are job-ready as per market demand.
- Organize placement drives, job fairs, walk-ins, and virtual hiring events.
- Track placement metrics, maintain databases, and generate regular MIS reports.




- Provide interview preparation support including mock interviews, resume building, and soft skill alignment.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly placement targets.
- Maintain strong engagement with alumni and employers for repeat hiring opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR/Marketing preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or corporate relations (preferably in skilling/education/NGO/IT hiring).
- Strong understanding of IT roles such as Full Stack, Data Analytics, AI/ML, Support roles, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Preferred Profile

- Experience in handling placements for freshers/entry-level tech roles .
- Existing corporate network will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to CSR/skilling ecosystem is a plus.
