Technical Manager – Electrical Insulator Manufacturing & Testing

Location: Beechwal Industrial Area, Bikaner

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the manufacturing and testing of electrical insulators.
- Conduct and oversee electrical, mechanical and routine testing of different types of insulators.
- Ensure products meet required quality parameters and applicable IS/IEC standards.
- Handle testing equipment, maintain testing records and prepare technical reports.
- Identify manufacturing/testing issues and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to maintain product quality.
- Ensure proper implementation of technical and testing procedures.





Candidate Requirements

- Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in electrical insulators/electrical equipment manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of electrical testing, testing equipment and manufacturing processes.
- Practical, shop-floor-oriented approach with valuable troubleshooting skills.

Preference will be given to candidates having direct experience in electrical insulator manufacturing and testing.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
