Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead a team of developers to design, develop, test, and deploy software products using Agile methodology.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards for maintainability and scalability.

- Develop technical roadmaps and architectural designs for recent features or products.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing dependencies, resources, and stakeholders effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in software development with expertise in Microservices architecture.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodology, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), and Solid principles.

- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Proficiency in Coding Standards, Design Patterns, Code Quality assessment tools like SonarQube etc.
