Role Description The Technical Lead Full Stack Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Remote, OR. This position is responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of end-to-end web applications, including front-end interfaces and back-end services. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, architect scalable solutions, and ensure code quality through reviews and best practices.

The Technical

Lead will mentor engineers, guide technical decisions, manage integration and deployment processes,



and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments. The role also includes contributing to technical documentation, improving development workflows, and aligning engineering initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

- Strong full stack development skills across modern front-end frameworks, back-end technologies, and RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in designing scalable architectures, databases, and integrations with cloud platforms and DevOps tools.
- Experience leading technical teams, conducting code reviews, and establishing engineering standards and best practices.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and version control systems.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a technical lead or senior engineering role in product or services organizations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to secure, maintainable, and high-performance code.
