Tech Lead cum Solution Architect

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Leader / Solution Architect to lead the design and development of our next-generation SaaS platform in the Data Privacy, Compliance, and Governance domain. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring robust technical expertise in Python, React, cloud technologies, and AI-assisted product development.

The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding business requirements, interacting with clients, designing scalable solutions, and leading engineering teams to build innovative product features.

Required Experience - 10 to 18 Years

Educational Qualification - BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.

Work Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Skills required

· Strong hands-on experience in Python.

· Strong experience with React.js.

· Experience designing enterprise-scale SaaS products.

· Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.

· REST API design and development.

· PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB.

· Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

· Docker and Kubernetes.

· CI/CD implementation.

· System Design and Solution Architecture.

· Design Patterns and Object-Oriented Programming.

· Agile/Scrum methodology

Technical Capabilities required -

· AI Experience (Highly Preferred)

· Experience building AI-assisted applications.

· Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs).

· Experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI, or similar.

· Prompt Engineering.





· AI workflow automation.

· Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) knowledge is an added advantage.

Knowledge of GDPR, DPDP Act, CCPA, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar compliance frameworks is an advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Define and own the technical architecture of enterprise SaaS applications.

· Lead end-to-end product development using Python and React.

· Design scalable, secure, high-performance, and cloud-native applications.

· Understand client business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

· Design and deliver new product features aligned with customer needs and business goals.

· Drive AI-assisted product innovation by integrating LLMs, AI APIs, intelligent automation, and modern AI capabilities.

· Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams.

· Mentor development teams and conduct architecture, design, and code reviews.

· Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and CI/CD processes.

· Ensure application security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.

· Participate in customer discussions and provide technical leadership throughout the product lifecycle.
