TECHNICAL DIRECTOR / WORKING PARTNER – WATER & WASTEWATER TREATMENT

Teemer Tech Private Limited is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial professional to join us as a Technical Director / Working Partner – Water & Wastewater Treatment and play a key role in building and expanding our Water Treatment business.

This is not a conventional employment chance. We are looking for someone who has strong technical expertise, industry experience, customer relationships, and an entrepreneurial mindset who can work with us as a long-term business partner.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Water & Wastewater Treatment business vertical
- Take technical ownership of WTP, STP, ETP, RO, MBR, MBBR, ZLD and other treatment projects
- Lead process design, engineering, costing and technical proposal preparation
- Review and develop PFDs, P&IDs;, equipment specifications and process calculations
- Support project execution, commissioning and troubleshooting
- Develop technical solutions and optimize project costs
- Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions
- Develop relationships with EPC companies, industries, consultants and end customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in India and overseas
- Build and lead a capable technical and project execution team
- Contribute to the growth and profitability of the Water Treatment division

We are looking for a senior professional with:

- 10+ years of experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment




- Strong practical experience in WTP / STP / ETP / RO / ZLD / MEE / MBR / MBBR and related technologies
- Strong knowledge of process engineering, equipment selection and project execution
- Experience in preparing techno-commercial proposals and project costing
- Good understanding of industrial wastewater treatment
- Strong customer and industry network will be an advantage
- Experience in handling projects from concept to commissioning
- Leadership and team-building capabilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Most importantly, an entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build the business together

Location : Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India The role may involve travel across India and overseas depending on project and business requirements.
