Responsibilities

- Proven experience delivering CTB Change-the-Bank initiatives, including

- Platform upgrades and migrations

- Regulatory and scheme-mandated changes

- New payment and acquiring capabilities

- Strong experience in vendor management, multi-party integrations, and certifications.

- Experience in structured go-live implementations and smooth handover to RTB Run-the-Bank teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of initiatives across ATM, switch, CMS, and payment platforms.

- Own and manage the CTB delivery roadmap aligned with the banks cards and payments strategy.

- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security policies, regulatory requirements, and card scheme rules.

- Provide technical leadership for platform modernisation, current card products, and regulatory initiatives.

- Manage integration and onboarding of card schemes, payment gateways, and POS acquiring systems.

- Coordinate with vendors, system integrators, infrastructure teams,



and business stakeholders.

- Oversee SIT, UAT, certifications, testing, and production rollouts.

- Manage technical risks, dependencies, and delivery issues.

- Ensure documentation, operational runbooks, and knowledge transfer before RTB handover.

- Act as a technical escalation point and drive cross-team collaboration.
