About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer with 1–3 years of experience to create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content. The ideal candidate should be able to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content for diverse audiences while supporting the company's content marketing and brand-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Research industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to create insightful content.

- Write, edit, and publish technical blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, website content, and product documentation.

- Develop SEO-friendly content to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.

- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams to create accurate and impactful content.

- Review and update existing content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency.

- Create content around fintech, regtech, APIs, KYC, identity verification, digital onboarding, and related technology solutions.

- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices in all content initiatives.

- Maintain brand voice and ensure content aligns with company guidelines.

- Support content marketing campaigns through thought leadership articles,



newsletters, and social media content.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in technical content writing, content marketing, or a similar role.

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

- Strong research and analytical abilities.

- Understanding of SEO principles, keyword optimization, and content performance metrics.

- Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly content.

- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), Google Analytics, and SEO tools is preferred.

- Experience in fintech, SaaS, technology, or B2B content writing is an added advantage.
