We're looking for a passionate and curious 'Research Associate - Technical Content Creator & Editor' to join our R&D; team. If you enjoy exploring new technologies, breaking down complex ideas, and turning them into engaging, easy-to-understand educational videos, this role is for you. You'll work closely with researchers and product teams to bring R&D; outcomes, product innovations, and technical concepts, to life through high-quality video content that informs, inspires, and empowers learners.

Key Responsibilities

- Write and produce educational video scripts covering R&D; outcomes, technical concepts, and technological programmatic videos

- Collaborate with content creators and researchers to turn technical scripts and storyboards into a clear ideation plan for video creation.

- Translate complex technical work into clear, structured documents suitable for engineering streams.





- Create and produce qualified technical and infographic videos using industry-standard tools.

- Ensure all content meets high standards of technical accuracy, clarity, consistency, and professionalism.

- Maintain high standards of technical rigor, documentation discipline, and process compliance across all research activities.

- Demonstrate continuous growth by progressing from guided execution to independent accountability, contributing to strategic content creation and capability building.
