Shift: US Shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST)

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions
- Work on Sales and Customer Service modules
- Develop customizations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, and Workflows




- Build and automate business processes using Power Apps and Power Automate
- Hands on power automate and integration. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and deliver business requirements

Required Skills:

- 6–7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)
- Strong expertise in Sales and Customer Service modules
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Valuable understanding of CRM Security Model and Data Model
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
