Shift: US Shift (8:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST)

Key Responsibilities:

Application Support & Maintenance:

- Provide Level 2/3 support for business-critical applications, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues promptly. Monitor application performance and implement fixes or enhancements as needed.

Integration & Development Support:

- Support Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Pages portal integrations and manage message flows, orchestrations, and pipelines.
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing Dynamics 365 CRM applications that utilize Power Pages or Adxstudio portals. Collaborate with developers to deploy patches, updates, and new features.

Documentation & Compliance:

- Maintain accurate documentation for application configurations,



troubleshooting steps, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for AI, automation and process optimization. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Solid experience in Dynamics 365 CRM support and development.
- Strong experience with Power Pages and Adxstudio Portals.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud CRM.
- Experience using Dataverse and CRM SDK-related components.
- Experience with front-end scripting using jQuery and JavaScript.
- Experience using Liquid and Meta Defender.
- Experience with AI coding and automation tools. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
- Exposure to performance tuning and security hardening for applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
