Job Title: Technical Communicator

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Communicator to support the Enterprise Infrastructure Operations (EI&O;) team by creating high-quality technical and business communications. The ideal candidate will develop executive presentations, operational reports, technical documentation, and stakeholder communications while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver clear, consistent, and audience-focused content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, review, and maintain technical documentation and business communications.
- Develop executive presentations, operational reports, emails, and knowledge articles.
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to gather, validate, and communicate information effectively.
- Simplify complex infrastructure and operational concepts into explicit, business-friendly content.
- Manage recurring communications and ensure consistency across multiple communication channels.
- Maintain high standards of documentation quality, accuracy, and visual presentation.

Required Skills





- Certified Professional Technical Communicator (CPTC) or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong English grammar and editing abilities.
- Experience documenting IT operations, infrastructure, or enterprise technology environments.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, OneNote, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong stakeholder management, customer service, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Foundational knowledge of visual design principles.

Preferred Skills ITIL Foundation certification.

Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

10+ years of experience.

Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.

Certified Professional Technical Communicator or similar certification/degree
