Roles and Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and develop solutions.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their goals and objectives, identifying opportunities for process improvements.

- Develop detailed technical specifications and documentation for software development projects using Agile methodologies.

- Participate in Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Job Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.

- Robust understanding of Agile principles and practices (Scrum).

- Experience working on IT services & consulting projects involving complex systems integration.
