Technical Assistant to Director Operations & Maintenance (Power Sector)

Location: Kolkata

AKA Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a agile and technically sound Technical Assistant to support the Director - Operations & Maintenance in executing and coordinating CHP, AHP, BTG, BOP, BESS, Bulk Material Handling and Power Plant O&M; projects across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical, commercial and administrative support to the Director for PAN India O&M; projects.
- Coordinate with project sites, clients, consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs and government authorities.
- Prepare technical presentations, reports, proposals, correspondence and project documentation.
- Assist in tendering, bid preparation, techno-commercial evaluations and cost estimation.
- Track project progress, monitor action points and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Liaise with Central/State Government departments, PSUs and statutory authorities.




- Support business development initiatives, client interactions and strategic coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Experience in Thermal Power Plants, CHP, AHP, BTG, BoP, BESS, Bulk Material Handling, EPC or O&M; projects.
- Excellent drafting, documentation and communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of shorthand will be an added advantage.
- Candidates based in Kolkata are preferred.
- Candidates from the Malayalam community
- Retired professionals with relevant technical, PSU or Government liaison experience are welcome to apply.
