Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operational Technology (OT) Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong expertise in Industrial Control Systems (ICS), IT-OT integration, and Industry 4.0 solution architecture. The candidate will design and implement connected factory solutions integrating shopfloor systems with cloud platforms

Key Responsibilities

- OT Architecture & Industry 4.0 Solutioning

- Design end-to-end OT architectures across PLC, SCADA, MES, Historian, and Cloud.
- Develop Industry 4.0 / Connected Factory solutions including analytics and predictive maintenance.

- Industrial Control Systems

- Work with PLCs, SCADA, HMI, DCS, RTU and historians.
- Conduct OT assessments and modernization initiatives.

- IT-OT & Cloud Integration

- Integrate OT systems with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) using secure architecture.
- Implement gateways, APIs,



MQTT, OPC UA for connectivity.

- Industrial Protocols

- Strong knowledge of OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus TCP/IP, Profinet, EtherNet/IP.

- Integration & Data Engineering

- Build data ingestion pipelines and real-time analytics solutions.

- Cybersecurity (Good to Have)

- Knowledge of IEC 62443 and NIST standards.

Skill Requirements

- Robust experience in Industrial Control Systems, OT/IT integration, and Industry 4.0.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS IoT).
- Expertise in industrial connectivity and edge devices.
- Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Pune
