Our ideal candidate will have…

- 13+ years of software development experience, with strong exposure to web technologies, SaaS platforms, cloud computing, and enterprise-scale application development.
- Deep hands-on experience with the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET 6/ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API, Windows Services, and MSSQL .
- Proven experience with front-end technologies such as Angular and ReactJS .
- Strong experience designing distributed systems using RESTful APIs, SOA, microservices , AMQP, and serverless architecture .
- Strong Azure experience, including services such as App Services, Container Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, Storage, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and API Management .
- Experience building cloud-native solutions , including cloud migration strategies, scalability, reliability, security, observability, performance, and cost optimization .
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases,



including MSSQL and document databases such as RavenDB or MongoDB , with the ability to understand complex data relationships.
- Experience with test automation, TDD/BDD, and CI/CD using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Experience with Dapr and .NET Aspire for distributed application orchestration , sidecar configuration, and local development workflows.
- Experience documenting architecture artifacts; familiarity with the C4 model and textual DSL is preferred.
- Ability to evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes that improve platform quality and engineering effectiveness.
- Strong leadership, communication, and architecture engagement skills, with the ability to guide teams and influence technical direction.
