About The Role We are hiring a Fresher - Technical Application Specialist MISSO Robotics for our Vapi location. This role is pivotal in providing clinical and technical support for robotic-assisted orthopedic products and procedures.

The successful candidate will work closely with surgeons, operating theater staff, and sales teams to facilitate seamless integration of robotic technology into surgical practices. The position involves hands-on support during surgeries, conducting training sessions, and supporting product demonstrations and launches. The role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates passionate about medical technology and robotics to gain practical experience in a dynamic healthcare workplace.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Prior internship or project exposure in medical devices, robotics, or orthopedics will be considered an advantage.

Candidates must demonstrate robust communication and presentation skills, along with troubleshooting abilities. A quick learner with a positive attitude and a willingness to work in clinical settings is essential. The role requires flexibility to travel extensively and work in operating theater environments, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

- Provide intraoperative technical support during orthopedic procedures involving robotic-assisted systems,



ensuring the surgical team operates the equipment effectively and safely.
- Assist surgeons and operating theater staff during robotic-assisted surgeries, troubleshooting technical issues in real-time to minimize procedure disruptions.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for surgeons, OT staff, and distributors on the use of orthopedic robotic products and surgical techniques, enhancing their proficiency and confidence.
- Support product demonstrations, evaluations, and clinical launches by showcasing the features and benefits of the robotic systems to healthcare professionals and clients.
- Organize and coordinate workshops, cadaver labs, and clinical education activities to promote product awareness and skill development among medical practitioners.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback post-procedure to identify areas for product improvement and to inform future training and support strategies.
- Maintain detailed documentation of surgical cases, technical support activities, and field reports to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
