We are looking for an experienced Technical Advisor / Floor Supervisor to join our team in Guindy, Chennai.

Job Details

- Position: Technical Advisor / Floor Supervisor
- Department: Workshop Operations
- Location: Guindy, Chennai
- Experience: 2 to 5+ Years
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Weekly Off: Compensatory Off on any working day

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Allocate repair and service jobs to technicians.
- Inspect completed repairs before vehicle delivery.
- Conduct road tests and quality inspections.
- Support technicians in diagnosing complex vehicle issues.
- Monitor technician productivity and job completion.
- Ensure compliance with workshop safety and quality standards.




- Coordinate with Service Advisors for timely vehicle delivery.
- Train, guide, and support junior technicians.
- Ensure repair work is completed according to company standards.

Skills Required

- Technical knowledge of automobile repair and servicing.
- Valuable leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in workshop supervision or technical advisory roles.
- Strong quality inspection and troubleshooting skills.
