Job Summary The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing Component Cost Estimation, Supplier Collaboration and Negotiation, and Supplier Development & Management with the primary objectives of ensuring cost-effective component sourcing, enhancing supplier relationships, and optimizing supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the component cost estimation process to accurately assess and analyze the cost of materials and components required for production.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions, pricing, and delivery schedules.




- Develop and manage relationships with suppliers to drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Skill Requirements

- Proficiency in component cost estimation techniques and tools.
- Strong negotiation skills for effective supplier collaboration and negotiation.

Experience in supplier development & management practices.

Other Requirements
