Team Leader

Experience: 1–2 Years (BPO experience preferred)

Salary: Up to 35,000 CTC/month

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team to achieve daily targets.
- Monitor team performance, attendance, and productivity.
- Coach and support team members to improve performance.
- Handle customer and process escalations.
- Prepare daily reports and coordinate with management.

Supervisor Experience: 1–2 Years (BPO experience preferred)

Salary: Up to 28,000 CTC/month

Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day team operations.
- Ensure adherence to process and quality standards.
- Monitor team productivity and attendance.
- Resolve operational issues and support the team.
- Coordinate with the Team Leader and management for smooth operations.

Preferred Candidate:

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in a BPO workplace.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage teams and achieve targets.
