We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead our online sales team in the Stock Market/Broking industry. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

- Any Graduate (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Stock Market/Broking Industry
- NISM Certification is an added advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the online sales team.
- Conduct daily team meetings and provide product training.
- Monitor team performance and achieve sales targets.




- Support client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Attend client meetings and build strong customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with KYC and SEBI regulations.
- Promote Equity, Mutual Funds, Commodity, and other financial products.
