Are you an experienced sales professional with solid leadership skills? We're looking for a Team Leader to manage, coach, and drive the performance of our Student Counselors while achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Student Counselors to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Monitor team performance through KPIs such as calls, counseling sessions, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue.

Conduct daily team huddles, performance reviews, and motivational sessions.

Coach counselors through live call monitoring, feedback sessions, and objection-handling training.

Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads and proper CRM updates.

Track individual counselor productivity and implement action plans to improve performance.

Support the team in closing high-value admissions and resolving customer objections.

Coordinate with Training, Academics, and Operations to ensure smooth student onboarding.

Prepare daily and weekly performance reports and share business insights with management.

Drive a high-performance, target-oriented, and positive team culture.

Eligibility

1–5 years of experience in Team Handling, Inside Sales, Telesales,



Academic Counseling, or Business Development.

Minimum 1 year of experience leading a sales team is preferred.

Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience using CRM systems and performance tracking tools.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
