Responsibilities

- Provide leadership and direction to the sales team.
- Be responsible for Residential Real Estate Sales to achieve monthly revenue targets of the Team.

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior Experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Proven experience in real estate sales and leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of inside sales strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
