Sales Team Leader

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on interview performance

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team, drive performance, and achieve business targets.

Job Summary The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of Sales Executives, monitoring daily performance, providing coaching and training, and ensuring that the team consistently achieves its sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, sales, and team-management skills, along with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives.
- Monitor daily sales performance, productivity, and individual team targets.
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance review sessions.
- Monitor calls, follow-ups, conversions, and overall sales performance.




- Provide guidance and support to team members to improve their sales performance.
- Handle customer or team-related escalations effectively.
- Maintain and monitor sales data through CRM tools.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Identify performance gaps and implement suitable action plans.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, sales quality standards, and policies.
- Work closely with management to achieve overall business objectives.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/team handling or a similar leadership role.
- Strong experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.
- Target-oriented and performance-driven approach.
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced sales workplace.
- Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Candidates with experience in EdTech, educational sales, inside sales, telesales, or career counselling sales will be preferred.

Compensation ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Salary will be decided based on the candidate's experience, skills, and interview performance.
