Looking for a dynamic and target-driven Team Leader to lead and manage a team of Sales Executives in the fast-paced real estate sector. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of the Gurgaon/Delhi-NCR real estate market, and a proven track record of driving sales performance while mentoring high-performing teams to success.

What You'll Do

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives to consistently deliver results

- Drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits

- Support the team in negotiations and deal closures

- Train, mentor, and coach team members to continuously improve performance

- Monitor daily calling activity, follow-ups, and conversion ratios

- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

- Coordinate closely with CRM, Marketing, and Management teams for seamless operations

- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and channel partners

- Ensure consistent adherence to company sales processes and policies

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)

- 2–10 years of experience in Real Estate Sales

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading a sales team

- Proven record of achieving team sales targets

- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
