We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Team Lead to manage, mentor, and drive the performance of our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day execution, maintaining process discipline, tracking team performance, and achieving business objectives through effective coordination and leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in Team Handling, Sales Coordination or Project Coordination.

Prior experience leading or mentoring a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.





Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and CRM tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated with strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Experience

Experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Project Coordination.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and performance management.
