- Manage day-to-day hub/warehouse operations, including inbound, sorting, scanning, loading, dispatch, and outbound shipments.

- Lead and supervise warehouse associates, loaders, unloaders, and delivery executives to ensure smooth shift operations.

- Plan manpower allocation and shift schedules to achieve operational targets and service levels.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as TAT, productivity, shipment accuracy, and SLA adherence.

- Conduct daily shift briefings, assign work, and provide on-the-job coaching and training.

- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational standards.

- Handle operational escalations, resolve shipment issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely resolution.

- Maintain accurate operational reports, attendance records, and productivity dashboards.

- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational delays.

- Ensure workplace discipline, housekeeping, and adherence to company policies.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
