Professionals responsible for leading and guiding a team of telemarketing executives while also handling potential customers, presenting Just dial products and services, driving individual and team sales performance, and ensuring achievement of business targets.

Lead, guide, and supervise a team of telemarketing executives by planning daily activities, setting targets, providing support, and ensuring consistent performance and discipline.

Handle individual sales targets through tele-calling and lead conversion

Ensure team members achieve sales targets

Monitor daily calling activities, productivity, and conversions

Motivate and support the team to improve performance

Prepare daily and weekly performance reports

Handle customer escalations when required

Work Location: Coimbatore

Qualification: Any Degree / 3 years Diploma

Experience: Minimum 1 year of team handling experience

Salary: 3.5 LPA to 4.8 LAP
