Team Leader – International BPO (Voice/Blended Process)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage and lead a team in an International Voice/Blended BPO process. The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling, communication, performance management, and escalation-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead a team in an International Voice/Blended Process.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, and adherence.
- Handle customer and process escalations effectively.
- Ensure SLA, KPI, Quality, and CSAT targets are achieved.
- Conduct coaching sessions, feedback meetings, and team huddles.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
- Coordinate with Operations and Management for smooth process flow.
- Drive team motivation and operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria




- Minimum 1 year of on-paper Team Leader experience in an International BPO.
- International Voice or Blended Process experience is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and team-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational / 24x7 shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
