Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage a team of Customer Care Associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase outbound sales, telesales, insurance sales, credit card sales, banking products, BFSI sales, and team handling skills within the team.

- Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching/training as needed.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in banking or financial services industry with expertise in CCA (Customer Care Associate), Credit Card Sales, Insurance Sales, Outbound Sales, Telesales.

- Robust understanding of banking products such as loans, credit cards, deposits etc. .

- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
