Role Description The Team Leader role is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna.

The Team

Leader will oversee a team of collection executives, assign daily targets, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to collection and recovery processes.

Responsibilities include reviewing cases, guiding the team on negotiation and resolution strategies, and coordinating with client representatives for updates and escalations.

Leader will track and report key metrics, maintain compliance with regulatory and client guidelines, and support training and development of team members. This role also involves handling complex cases directly, resolving customer concerns professionally,



and contributing to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising collection or field recovery teams.
- Knowledge of banking, NBFC, or fintech operations, especially in collections, recovery, and customer account handling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for dealing with customers and client stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze portfolio data, track performance metrics, and prepare clear, accurate reports.
- Comfort working on-site in Patna, including field visits as needed, with a focus on safety and professionalism.
- Robust organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including use of spreadsheets, email, and client collection systems.
- Prior experience in collections, recovery, or related financial services roles; experience in a team leader or supervisory role is preferred.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
- Commitment to ethical practices, regulatory compliance, and non-discriminatory customer interactions.
