Key Responsibilities Accounting & Bookkeeping:

- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.

Vendor & Payment Management

- Handle vendor payments, invoicing, and ensure timely settlement of dues.
- Monitor ageing reports for outstanding dues and follow up on collections.

Financial Reporting

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.

Taxation & Compliance

- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards.

Audit Support

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.




- Provide necessary documentation and resolve audit queries.

Reconciliation

- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
- Ensure accuracy of trial balance and general ledger accounts.

Process Improvement

- Identify gaps in accounting processes and recommend improvements.
- Implement best practices for financial control and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter/MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
