RCLASHERS Media is looking for a

Team Lead – Talent Management to lead our talent management team and manage relationships with creators, influencers, and brand partners. The role involves team leadership, creator growth, campaign coordination, deal negotiation, and ensuring smooth execution of influencer marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the Talent Management team.
- Manage and build strong relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Oversee creator onboarding, talent development, and day-to-day creator management.
- Coordinate with brands and internal teams for campaign requirements and deliverables.
- Negotiate commercial terms, campaign fees, and brand collaborations.
- Identify new opportunities for creators and help increase their brand value and revenue.
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns, contracts, content approvals, and deliverables.
- Track creator performance, campaign results, and team targets.
- Handle escalations and resolve creator or brand-related issues professionally.




- Develop strategies to grow the talent roster and strengthen creator-brand partnerships.
- Work closely with the Influencer Marketing, Business Development, and Operations teams.
- Maintain proper records of creators, campaigns, negotiations, and ongoing partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

- 3 + years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, creator management, media, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the creator economy and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
- Commercial understanding with the ability to negotiate and close creator deals.
- Proactive mindset with a strong focus on targets and results.
