– Counsellor Team Leader
Position: Counsellor Team Leader
Department: Admissions / Counselling
Employment: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Admission Counsellor team.
- Assign daily enquiry and follow-up targets.
- Monitor calls, walk-ins, leads and admissions.
- Guide counsellors to improve lead-to-admission conversion.
- Conduct daily team meetings and review individual performance.
- Handle difficult/high-potential enquiries and support closures.
- Ensure proper follow-up of all student enquiries.
- Maintain daily/weekly admission and follow-up reports.
- Train recent counsellors on counselling techniques, courses and processes.
- Motivate the team to achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with Branch In-charge/Management regarding team performance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
