Team Lead Recruitment & Account Management

4to 7 years in recruitment/staffing, preferably with experience handling both recruiters and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters.
- Allocate requirements and monitor daily/weekly team performance.
- Manage key client accounts and act as the primary SPOC.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with HRs, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
- Ensure timely submission of quality candidates and closure of positions.
- Track recruitment TAT, submissions, interviews, selections, and closures.
- Conduct regular client calls and provide hiring updates.
- Handle client escalations professionally and ensure quick resolution.
- Identify recent requirements and opportunities within existing accounts.
- Review recruiter performance and provide coaching wherever required.
- Prepare and maintain MIS/recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with the business development team for smooth onboarding and delivery.
- Ensure excellent candidate and client experience.
