- Training Manager – Bhubaneswar (documented Training Manager/Deputy Manager experience required)
- Female Manager – Lucknow (documented Manager/Deputy Manager experience required)
What you’ll do:
- Own team performance: conversion, revenue, login hours, attrition control
- Run huddles, handle escalations, coach and drive morale
- Ensure CRM discipline and BPO hygiene
- Trainers/Managers: deliver batches, TNI/TNA, OJT, audits, and training strategy
Who we’re looking for:
- Graduate (undergrads only for Bhubaneswar Team Lead)
- Strong English; Hindi required for TL/SL roles
- Minimum 3 years BPO experience with at least 1 year documented as TL/SL/Trainer
- Documented Training Manager/Deputy Manager experience for Bhubaneswar Training Manager role
- Immediate joiners or within 15 days
- Willing to relocate
- Mandatory:
Ecommerce process experience for Lucknow TL and AM roles
Compensation:
- Team Lead Kolkata – up to 4 LPA
- Team Lead Lucknow – up to 4.5 LPA (5 openings, ecommerce experience required)
- Team Lead Bhubaneswar – up to 4.2 LPA (10 openings, undergrads considered)
- Sales Lead Bhubaneswar – up to 5 LPA (7 openings)
- Assistant Manager Ops – 6.27 LPA (2 openings)
- Assistant Manager Sales – 6.5 LPA (1 opening)
- Female QA Bhubaneswar – 4.2 LPA
- Training Manager Bhubaneswar – up to 10 LPA
- Female Manager Lucknow – 10 LPA
