We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage and drive the Sales & Operations team. The ideal candidate should have a background in the hotel or travel industry and possess strong leadership, communication, and sales strategy skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Handle high-value leads and close deals for premium travel packages.
- Build and maintain relationships with B2B and B2C clients.
- Oversee end-to-end operations of tour packages and bookings.
- Ensure smooth coordination between suppliers, vendors, hotels, and transport partners.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Work on cost optimization while maintaining high service quality.
- Train and mentor the sales & operations team to enhance performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Experience: 1-2 years in Sales & Operations in the Travel or Hotel Industry.




- Industry Preference: Travel, Hospitality, Tourism, or OTA (Online Travel Agencies).
- Strong leadership & people management skills.
- Positive verbal & written communication.
- Expertise in itinerary planning, pricing, and negotiations.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders & vendors efficiently.
