We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of insurance executives. The candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, monitoring team performance, providing coaching, and ensuring excellent customer service while following company processes and compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Life Insurance executives.

- Achieve monthly business targets and improve team productivity.

- Monitor daily performance, call activity, conversions, and sales outcomes.

- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to team members.

- Handle customer escalations and ensure quality service delivery.

- Conduct daily huddles and performance reviews with the team.

- Track team KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and IRDAI guidelines.





- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing and customer support.

- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 13 years of experience in Life Insurance / Banking / Financial Services.

- Prior experience in team handling or supervisory role preferred.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Good knowledge of Life Insurance products and sales processes.

- Ability to manage targets in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and CRM tools.

Preferred Profile:

- Experience in tele sales, lead conversion, customer retention, or insurance operations.

- Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
