Objective:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Company Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills,

Strong knowledge of the Companies Act & MCA compliance, and RBI & FEMA compliance.

Job Location: Adambakkam (near St.Thomas Mount Railway Station), Chennai

What We’re Looking for:

✅ Practising Company Secretary (PCS) firm experience mandatory.





✅ Strong knowledge of RBI regulations and secretarial activities.

✅ Handling ROC Compliance, drafting legal notices, FEMA, SEBI, Corporate Affairs, Legal Affairs, and RBI.

✅ Well-exposed to Annual compliance during the financial year.

✅ Can be a semi-qualified CS/Qualified CS.

Who Can Apply:

✅ Candidates with a minimum of 6+years of experience in handling Secretarial activities with strong knowledge of Companies Act & MCA compliance, RBI & FEMA compliance.

✅ Excellent drafting & communication skills.
