Position: Team Leader – B2B Sales

Key Responsibilities ✅ Lead and mentor a team of B2B Sales Executives.

✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and business partners.

✅ Identify current business opportunities and expand market reach.





✅ Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular reviews.

✅ Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.

✅ Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams.

? Requirements

✔️ Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).

✔️ Experience in B2B sales, preferably in agriculture, farm equipment, or allied industries.

✔️ Prior experience in team management.

✔️ Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

✔️ Willingness to travel for client meetings and market development.
