Role Description The Team Lead will oversee a cross-functional digital marketing team, ensuring campaigns are planned, executed, and optimized to meet client growth objectives. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Kochi, with a mix of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.

Day-to-day responsibilities include leading campaign strategy across Meta Ads, SEO, content marketing, and YouTube, assigning and reviewing tasks, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure delivery against KPIs.

The Team

Lead will coordinate client communication, manage project timelines, and maintain clear documentation and reporting. The role also involves mentoring team members,



improving processes, and collaborating with leadership on new initiatives, offerings, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong digital marketing skills, including experience with Meta Ads management, SEO, content marketing, YouTube marketing, and performance marketing.
- Candidates should possess leadership and people management skills, including team coordination, mentoring, workload planning, and conflict resolution.
- Candidates should possess project and client management skills, including stakeholder communication, requirements gathering, timeline management, and performance reporting.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, including data interpretation, campaign optimization, A/B testing, and use of analytics tools.
- Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills, including explicit written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and effective cross-functional teamwork.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field are preferred, along with prior experience in agency or performance marketing environments.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and project management software, as well as a willingness to work in a hybrid setup from Kochi, will be beneficial.
