Teacher Success Manager (WFH) – Chess & AI About Bambinos.live Bambinos.live is one of India's leading live learning platforms for children aged 4–15 years. We are on a mission to make learning engaging, interactive, and impactful through world-class educators and innovative programs. We are currently expanding our Chess and Artificial Intelligence (AI) programs and are looking for a passionate Teacher Success Manager (TSM) to support, mentor, and manage our educator community.

Role Designation: Teacher Success Manager (WFH) Department: Academics / Teacher Success Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home) Working Days: 6 Days a Week Key Responsibilities - Manage and mentor a portfolio of Chess and AI educators.

- Conduct regular one-on-one connect sessions with educators to improve engagement and performance.
- Monitor teaching quality through class observations and feedback.
- Ensure educators meet quality, attendance, and operational standards.
- Coach educators on classroom management, pedagogy, and student engagement.
- Address educator concerns and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Coordinate with the Product, Operations, Scheduling, and HR teams for smooth educator management.
- Track educator performance metrics, utilization, and quality scores.
- Drive educator retention and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct refresher trainings and support onboarding of new educators whenever required.




- Maintain accurate records and reports related to educator performance and compliance. Eligibility - Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Teacher Success, Academic Operations, Learning & Development, or Academic Management.
- Prior experience in EdTech will be preferred.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate educators.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills - Experience managing online educators or trainers.

- Knowledge of Chess or Artificial Intelligence is an added advantage (training will be provided where required).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and online collaboration tools.
- Ability to analyze educator performance dashboards and drive improvements.
