Role Description The Teacher at Early Brain Magic will design and deliver engaging online and offline lessons that support cognitive, emotional, and social development for children in various age groups. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning learning activities, facilitating live virtual or physical sessions, monitoring student progress, and adapting teaching methods to individual needs.

The Teacher will communicate regularly with parents or caregivers, sharing observations and guidance to strengthen parental involvement and support at home. This is a full-time hybrid role that requires dependable availability, effective time management,



and collaboration with other team members to refine program content and techniques.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in online + offline teaching or tutoring, with the ability to engage children in a virtual or physical environment.
- Knowledge of child development, early childhood education, or related fields, including strategies to support emotional and cognitive growth.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Ability to design and adapt instructional materials to meet diverse learning styles and needs.
- Comfort with using digital tools, learning platforms, and video conferencing technology for remote instruction.
- Patience, empathy, and a learner-centered mindset focused on encouragement and positive reinforcement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Child Development, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Prior experience working with children in educational, coaching, or counseling settings is beneficial.
