Office-Based Role

Key Responsibilities (Taxation & Compliance)

- Complete GST compliance – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns, Reconciliation
- Maintain and verify Input Tax Credit (ITC)
- Check contractor bills, RA bills, purchase invoices for tax accuracy
- Manage TDS/TCS deduction, payment & return filing (24Q/26Q)
- Prepare monthly tax reports & workings
- Coordinate with auditors/consultants
- Handle GST notices and assessments
- Maintain proper tax documentation for audits

Must-Have Skills

- GST filing: GSTR-1,



GSTR-3B, Annual Return
- ITC Reconciliation (very important in construction)
- TDS/TCS deduction & return filing
- Contractor / Subcontractor billing taxation
- RA Bills taxation understanding
- Work Order taxation structure
- Vendor & contractor ledger reconciliation
- Tax audit support
- Handling GST notices / assessments
- Tally / ERP knowledge
- Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic formulas)

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com
- GST certification preferred
