NRole Description

nThis is a full time on-site role for a US Tax Manager- Individual Taxes at Bengaluru. The Tax Manager will be responsible for tax return reviews, tax planning, compliance, preparation, understanding tax laws, and ensuring adherence to tax regulations on an individual level.

nTax Preparation,



Review and Tax Compliance filings

NIRS/State notice handlingand representation

NTax Preparation proficiency

NKnowledge of Tax Law and Regulations

NExperience in handling complex Tax returns

NExperience in handling PFIC, RSU/ESPP/Stock Options, Sale of Property (Sec 121, 1031 exchange)

NForm 5471 informational tax return of foreign entity, FBAR and Form 8865

NStrong analytical and problem-solving skills

NExcellent attention to detail

NEA or relevant certification is a plus

NBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
