Title : AI Project Manager

Location : Bangalore (3 Days Onsite)

Type : Fulltime

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional software development projects from planning through delivery. The ideal candidate has strong stakeholder management skills, experience managing Agile teams, and a proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end software development projects.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with engineering, product, QA, design, and business stakeholders.
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to leadership.
- Identify and resolve project blockers proactively.
- Improve project delivery processes and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications :

- 7-10 years of overall experience,



with at least 3 years as a Project Manager in Machine Learning & AI projects.
- Solid experience managing Agile/Scrum projects.
- Experience working with distributed or remote engineering teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, project planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification.
- Experience delivering SaaS, cloud, AI, or enterprise software projects.
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Experience working with global teams and US stakeholders.
