Position: Team Leader – Tamil Process

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise a team of Tamil-speaking Customer Support Executives.
- Monitor daily team performance and achieve assigned targets.
- Conduct regular team huddles and provide process updates.
- Monitor calls, quality and productivity of team members.
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly performance reports.
- Track attendance, login hours, leaves and team discipline.
- Coordinate with HR, Quality and Operations teams.
- Support new-joiner training and nesting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.

Required Skills
- Fluent Tamil communication is mandatory.




- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Robust team-handling and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Ability to handle escalations and pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Previous BPO Team Leader experience preferred.

Eligibility
- Graduation preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of BPO experience.
- Minimum 1 year of Team Handling/Team Leader experience preferred.
- Tamil language proficiency is mandatory.
