Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tally Data Entry Operator to maintain accurate accounting records and support daily office operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and ledger management. Accuracy, speed, and basic accounting knowledge are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers in Tally.
- Maintain and update customer, supplier, and ledger accounts.
- Generate ledger reports, day books, cash books, and other accounting reports.
- Prepare and update data in MS Excel using formulas, filters, and basic functions.
- Verify data accuracy and maintain proper records.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for documentation and report generation.
- Ensure timely completion of daily data entry tasks.

Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or Higher Secondary (Commerce preferred).




- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Tally Data Entry.
- Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Filter, Sort, Basic Formulas preferred).
- Experience in generating Ledger Reports.
- Valuable typing speed with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
