Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to current or existing leads using company scripts.
- Answer inbound customer queries and provide helpful solutions.
- Qualify leads and pass high-potential prospects to the sales team.
- Update call logs, customer notes, and records in the CRM database.
- Meet daily, weekly, or monthly targets for calls, talk time, and conversions.
