Role

As a Talent Manager, you'll work closely with our exclusive roster of creators, managing brand partnerships, growth opportunities, and day-to-day business opportunities.

You'll be the bridge between creators, brands, and our internal team, ensuring every collaboration runs seamlessly while helping creators build sustainable, long-term careers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of exclusive creators and be their primary point of contact
- Source, negotiate, and close brand partnerships
- Build strong relationships with brands, agencies, and industry partners
- Coordinate campaign timelines, contracts, approvals, and deliverables
- Support creators with long-term growth opportunities and career planning
- Maintain deal pipelines, creator trackers,



and operational systems
- Represent FirstLight and our creators across meetings and industry events
- Stay updated on creator economy trends and emerging talent

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Management, Influencer Marketing, or Creator Partnerships
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong commercial understanding and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple creators and priorities simultaneously
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Empathetic, patient, and confident working with creators
- Passion for social media, creators, marketing, and internet culture
